I am excited to announce that our next event is a DANCE FRIENDS Double Header! Join us at either one, or both! This unique opportunity is happening Saturday SEP 20; there are two events happening on the SAME night, in the SAME building, across the hall from each other on the SAME floor! One starts earlier, one goes later, and they overlap in the middle, so you can dance all night! Go to one and then the other, go back and forth between them, or early birds can come to the first event and night owls to the later event.
The evening starts off with the SEPTEMBER USA DANCE. This event is a monthly ballroom dance hosted by the local chapter of USA Dance, a non-profit organization run by and for ballroom dance hobbyists. This event will feature a variety of ballroom and social dances. There is a Cha Cha lesson @ 7:00pm before the dancing starts @ 8:00pm.

And then a little later, CASINO Y BACHATA kicks off across the hall in Wightman Studio 306! This event is hosted by Dance Friends member Matías Jonsson and his team at Apasionado Dance. This event also features Dance Friends member Jessica Taylor as DJ for the festivities! This event will include salsa, bachata and casino rueda; two beginner classes before the social will get you up to speed with Beginner Casino-style Salsa @ 8:30pm and Beginner Bachata @ 9:00pm. Social dancing starts at 9:30pm and goes until 12:30pm, so there are still TWO hours of dance time after the USA Dance ends.
