Our second DANCE FRIENDS meet-up event in November will be WESTIES IN THE BURGH. This event is run by a team of dedicated West Coast Swing enthusiasts and professionals, including DANCE FRIENDS members Chris Drum, Ward Roberts and Heidi Dziak. This is primarily a West Coast Swing event, however the DJ plays some songs for a variety of other dances, including hustle, two step, salsa, bachata and even fox trot! If you don’t know West Coast, or if your West Coast is rusty, the dance is preceded by two group classes, an Intermediate Lesson @ 6:45pm and a Beginner Lesson @ 7:30pm.
